About Us

Why We Do What We Do

In German-speaking regions, the security sector frequently struggles with a shortage of professional expertise, thereby compromising the safety of all parties involved. FOXPEDITION was founded to change this. Our guiding principle is the protection of people, grounded in operational experience, realistic planning, and expert knowledge. Absolute security may never be achievable, but we strive to get as close as possible.

How We Work

We identify risks and translate them into clear, actionable decisions. Our work combines years of operational experience with analytical and academic thinking. We plan realistically, execute professionally and discreetly, and never make false promises. Discretion, honesty, trust, and professional excellence are at the heart of everything we do. This approach brings clarity to complex situations and ensures security when it matters most.

What We Deliver

We enable organizations, projects, and individuals to operate safely, even under demanding conditions. Our clients value our solution-oriented approach, transparent communication, and professional discretion. Our measure of success is simple: a project completed without incidents, with everyone returning home safely.

Maximilian Faust

Maximilian Faust leads international projects at the intersection of medicine, security, and HSE in remote, offshore, and high‑risk environments. As a paramedic with more than twelve years of practical experience, he combines clinical expertise with operational leadership, from offshore wind farms and major events in Europe and the Middle East to mobile clinics in disaster zones.

Since 2022, he has been shaping FOXPEDITION as a specialized medical & protection consultancy, developing security, medical, and safety concepts and leading multinational teams from planning through to on‑site deployment. His experience in protective services, crowd management, medical operational support, and HSE consulting on vessels and installations feeds directly into audits, SOPs, and training programs, with a strong focus on protection, supply chain resilience, compliance, and operational readiness.

Maximilian is a PhD candidate at the College of Remote & Offshore Medicine, holds an Executive MBA in General Management (SMBS Salzburg) and an MBA in Security and Disaster Management (Hochschule Fresenius), and teaches General Management for leaders from fire services, military, police, EMS, and civil protection. Guided by the principle “Semper Paratus”, his approach is to prepare thoroughly, lead clearly, and deliver reliably. With pragmatic, scalable solutions and ownership that extends all the way to the last mile.
